Burnout is NOT a Badge of Honor

For too long, I equated overwork with impact.

I chased urgency, speed, and external validation—thinking that being “always on” meant I was doing something meaningful. But overwork ≠ real impact. Burnout crept in quietly—through sleepless nights, a racing heart, and the inability to rest without guilt. My nervous system was waving red flags, but I kept pushing… until I couldn’t anymore.

What changed?

I became patiently ambitious—committed to meaningful goals, but no longer at war with my body. I now measure success by alignment, not exhaustion.

I now pay attention to my nervous system for signs of physical and emotional signs of burnout - feeling tired, snapping for no reason, brain fog, and apathy.

The mindset shift that helped me heal - I now prioritize instead of hustle

Your body isn’t the barrier—it’s the guide.

Ready to lead from alignment, not adrenaline?
